An integral component of everything we do is the application of a positive and uplifting atmosphere. Hill City Crash events should serve as oases of positivity within a needy and desperate world.



INTENSIVE MENTORSHIP





We strive to mentor our young men into responsible adulthood through long-lasting relationships and small group environments. Every event we do should be a mentoring experience.



ACADEMIC ACCOMPLISHMENT





Efforts towards academic success are expected of all Hill City Crash team members, who are held accountable for their academic performance in order to participate in Crash events and activities.



WHOLE-HEARTED SPORTSMANSHIP





Students in the Hill City Crash ought to exhibit sportsmanlike conduct on and off the court. We expect our young men to display mutual respect and self-control in all areas of life.



GOSPEL-CENTERED CULTURE





Most importantly, we desire that the Hill City Crash be an organization that is founded upon the truth of the Gospel. We want to live and breathe in response to what Jesus has done for us.



Hill City Crash was founded in the spring of 2014 by Tyler Cash.

Based out of Lynchburg, VA, Hill City Crash uses basketball to connect young men with the transformational power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In order to do this, we provide mentorship and discipleship opportunities through the operation of basketball teams that compete in both Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and United States Basketball Association (USBA) tournaments. The teams range in age from 7th through 12th grade.

We believe that one of the best ways to better society is to intentionally develop young men, who can one day become the loving fathers, faithful husbands, and strong community leaders of tomorrow. Hill City Crash exists to raise up this next generation of men.

Over the course of the first two years, Hill City Crash grew from 1 team with 12 members to 4 teams with 45 team members.

Further, Hill City Crash has witnessed exponential growth in the behavior, academics, and spiritual life of many of the young men.

Despite all of this progress and success, Hill City Crash is just getting started, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds
